Innovative Artists Expands Its Rising Ranks With Four New Agent Promotions

The independent talent powerhouse Innovative Artists is investing in its future—and the next generation of representation—with the promotion of four standout team members to agent roles. Courtney Martin, Isaac Finn, Alex Jankovich, and Madeline Petrovich are stepping into their new posts at a moment of strategic growth for the agency, signaling both confidence in internal talent and a continued commitment to personalized client representation.

Martin will join the endorsements department, while Finn, Jankovich and Petrovich strengthen the agency's talent divisions. All four earned their stripes the traditional way: through years of steady progression, relationship-building, and an understanding of the agency's close-knit culture. Before these promotions, Martin served as assistant to endorsements head Maury DiMauro, and Finn, Jankovich and Petrovich worked as coordinators within talent. Their elevated roles represent not just a title change, but a meaningful shift in responsibility, influence and impact.

The latest announcement comes just months after Innovative Artists received an investment from Coral Tree Partners, a private equity firm providing growth capital to the agency in a rapidly changing entertainment environment. But as many legacy agencies have spent the past few years consolidating, merging, or otherwise recalibrating in response to industry disruptions, Innovative is doubling down on that portion of the business that's always differentiated it: extremely personalized, relationship-first representation.

"In every meaningful moment of the agency's history, the people have shaped the direction," said Innovative CEO and founder Scott Harris in a statement announcing the elevations. "Courtney, Isaac, Alex and Madeline each represent the fundamental principles we've long valued at Innovative: they each have the tenacity, foresight and zeal to best serve clients in our ever-evolving business. We're excited to see how they continue to grow here."

The news reflects a broader shift in Hollywood's talent ecosystem. At a time when massive conglomerates and corporate agencies increasingly emphasize scale and data-driven packaging, agencies like Innovative continue to lean on one-to-one advocacy—the personal touch that has historically nurtured breakout careers. To move from coordinator or assistant to agent isn't simply a promotion—it’s a vote of trust that says: You can now be the voice in the room.

And today, that room is more complex than ever: The entertainment marketplace is splintered across streaming, digital content, live performances, brand endorsements, podcasts, gaming environments, and virtual personality platforms. Talent and their teams must navigate traditional media alongside entirely new spaces of influence and income.

That is where the new agents, especially the ones who have come up in the midst of this transformation, play a vital role: bringing not only enthusiasm and grit but fresh instincts shaped by the rapidly changing industry. For Innovative Artists, the promotions are at once a recognition of hard-earned achievement and a signal. The next chapter of the agency will be written by those who understand that in a business built on creativity, relationships are the most valuable currency—and the people who manage them are the ones who move the industry forward.
